Booking

You can book the pool on a ‘swimshare’ basis, meaning that you book the same 30-minute slot each week over a 13 week booking period.  When you join us you only pay for the remaining weeks of the current period.  Existing users have first refusal on their slot for the following period.  The changing rooms are available to you for 5 minutes before your session starts and, changing rooms and showers, for 15 minutes after your session ends.

The cost (for up to eight swimmers) is £18.00 per session for private users, which equates to £234 per full booking period, payable in advance.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque.

"ONE OFF" SWIMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

ANY SLOTS FOR THE NEW QUARTER WILL BE POSTED HERE ON THURSDAY 08 AUGUST 2024 AT 10:00.  PLEASE EMAIL IF YOU FIND A SLOT THAT SUITS.  SLOTS WILL BE GIVEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

To request a booking, please email your requested slot (day of the week and start time), mobile phone number and email address to bookings@ourpooltime.co.uk. Bookings will be taken on a first come/first serve basis.

We will reply within 48 hours with a short Swimming Agreement form and the Code of Conduct for Our Pool.  Whilst we want everyone to enjoy using Our Pool we do need to ensure that everyone has fun safely.  See our News And Offers page for news of slots that occasionally become available during school holidays.
